A growing organisation are looking for an experienced Test Team Lead to join their new team. The Test Lead will be responsible for setting out testing strategy and plans for some large and exciting projects. This is a great opportunity to join a technology-driven business which strives to deliver product and service excellence within a competitive market place.
The Test Lead role involves budget and resource planning as well as managing teams and 3rd parties in order to implement effective software delivery. You will have excellent communication skills and have come from a hands-on software testing background. The Test Lead will have experience in managing both internal and external stakeholders and possess an ability to assess issues and risks associated with testing.
As an experienced Test Lead you will have the following:
- Indepth testing experience as Senior Test Analyst / Team Lead
- Functional and non-functional testing
- Creating test frameworks and strategies
- Automation testing tools and creating standards
- Testing front end solutions - websites and web applications
- Tools such as; Selenium Web Driver, JMeter, Load Runner or Cucumber
- UAT, acceptance and system integration testing
- Managing internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising with 3rd party suppliers - onshore and offshore
- Scrum, BDD and Jira
