Our client is a leading Cost Management Consultancy who has a very busy and sustained workload in London across multiple sectors; both private and public. One area of continued growth and success for them is M&E Cost Management; consequently they seeking to strengthen this team with an experienced M&E QS.

They are seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor level individual, capable of either working in a team or managing individual projects or programmes up to GBP60m in value. You will ideally have the following traits:

  • Have a background in Construction Consultancy (though some time with a contractor would also be seen as a positive)
  • Degree qualified and ideally you will be MRICS (though not essential)
  • At least 7 years post degree experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong communication skills and very much client facing
  • Experience across multiple sectors including Commercial, Residential, Retail, Science and Higher Education
  • Experienced in managing your own projects from cradle to grave
  • Experience of managing junior QSs
  • Ambitious, driven character, keen to advance
