An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a residential developer.
Our client is a medium size builder of bespoke and luxury houses. With an office in Bristol they have sites throughout Bristol, Somerset and Wiltshire.
They are an experienced Site Manager on an initial si week basis for a development near Bristol, responsible for ensuring health and safety on site, material supplies are available, manage both direct employees and subcontractors, make sure risk assessments are completed and project manage the build process.
You must be able to demonstrate previous experience of holding a Site Manager position within residential development/contracting and have SMSTS, CSCS, Scaffold Inspection & First Aid tickets all up to date.
