uCheck is a market leading provider of online vetting and screening services based in Exeter offering a range of checks such as Right to Work, Adverse Credit and Identity checking. They are also the 2nd largest provider of DBS checks in the UK processing over 300,000 disclosure requests for over 11,000 customers via our bespoke online platform. uCheck are a highly regulated business aiming to maintain high standards of quality and service at all times.
uCheck are offering an exciting opportunity to join their Operations Team on a full time, permanent basis.
The role is ideal for an experienced Client Service/Relationship professional. You must have a proven track record of providing exceptional multichannel client support on both a general and one to one basis, managing client relationships with key accounts and demonstrate the ability to carry out subsequent administrative tasks in an efficient and productive manner, showing drive and enthusiasm to learn and work as part of a team within a growing business. As part of this role, you will be countersigning DBS application so attention to detail and compliance with security and Data Protection arrangements is key.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide key clients/accounts with high quality service, building strong business relationships that ensure continued use of service and client satisfaction
Deliver effective management of large client account portfolios
Communicate with clients across multiple channels, providing advice and guidance within legislative boundaries
On a day to day basis, deal with general client queries and communication, countersign DBS/DS applications, resolve complaints and technical queries and deliver quality client support
Consistently achieve individual and team KPIs/SLAs
Provide feedback and improvement ideas regarding day to day processes and wider business procedures
Deliver own workload through effective planning and organising. Take responsibility for personal accuracy and order; provide support and coaching to all colleagues
Show ability to adapt under changing circumstances and direction of the business, be willing to work in new ways and alter objectives to accommodate any changes
Pursue personal development and training, possess drive to learn new skills and keep up to date with changes in legislation and compliance

Experience Required:

Experience of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
A minimum 2 years experience of customer services, ideally within a call centre environment
Excellent written skills for the creation and issue of professional business correspondence
Confident and effective telephone manner to manage client expectations
Client Relationship Management or experience of dealing with clients in an individual basis
Possess a can do attitude

Aside from a strong basic salary, uCheck take pride in offering long term career opportunities with internal progression. They will provide you with ongoing training to ensure you maximise success. Suitable candidates will receive a basic salary in the range GBP17,000 to GBP19,000 per annum depending on experience.
Normal hours of work are on a variable shift basis and will either be 8:3016:30, 09::00 or 9:3017:30.
