I am currently looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant for a permanent role from August 2017 ideally with industry experience although all applications will be considered on merit. Your basic duties with include:

-High levels of phone based sales calls. Your desk will grow and develop from high levels of activity which is the cornerstone of this role
-You will be expected to attended client visits and convert non users into active clients
-Interview and grow your candidate pool of candidates
-Hit KPI targets set by your line manager
-Meet Audit and Compliance requirements
-Initiating marketing activity to promote your candidates and and the service features and benefits of the brand
