Assistant Sales Manager required in Bristol for Main Dealer
GBP20k- GBP25k Basic DOE
GBP45k OTE's + Company Car
Progress Recruitment Solutions (UK) Ltd are currently seeking to recruit a highly professional and successful Assistant Sales Manager to join our Client's Main Dealer Sales Team. Experience in a Motor Trade Sales Controller/ Assistant Sales Manager / General Sales Manager position within a Main Dealer in the Automotive industry is desirable however we will consider other Sale Management in other retail backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will be results driven, a strong team-motivator, with the ability to succeed in what can be a busy and pressurised environment. You should be a 'hands-on' manager.
You will be responsible for monitoring targets, motivating the sales team, and helping to drive the sales of both New and Used cars. You will be assisting the Sales Manager responsible for signing all finance documents as well as stacking deals.
Candidates should be ready to provide evidence of a stable and proven career, with recent experience of managing and motivating a team of Car Sales Executives. You will have the ability to deal with and diffuse any issues that may arise within a busy sales department.
