Customer Service Advisor

9:00am - 5:00pm
In this role you will be working for a large financial services company, the department you will be working in specialises in enabling companies to reunite their shareholders, members, policy holders or customers with unclaimed assets.
Person Specification
You will be pro-active, show initiative and have the ability to gather information from multiple sources, analyse data and solve problems. A confident and polite telephone manner is a must, as a high level of customer service will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls and deal with all correspondence
- Participate in outbound calling
- Accurately updating data on our bespoke in house database
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- PC literacy
- Ability to gather and analyse information from a multitude of sources
- Ability to prioritise workloads, meet rigid deadlines and adhere to procedures/regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a polite and professional telephone manner
- Target driven and results orientated
