Here's your chance to join our Training & Certification team working in the highly visible role of Program Manager - Internal Enablement, EMEA.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to take initiative to complete complex tasks and projects quickly and autonomously, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, switch gears at a moment's notice, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. This role will also be pivotal in supporting the training and enablement of the AWS Sales teams.
Responsibilities:
• Manage, coordinate and execute all enablement activities across EMEA, for various internal audiences, by executing global programs
• Initiate and / or contribute to development of content to meet needs of region
• Orchestrate internal training classes delivered by both external training providers and AWS staff, both webinars and ILT.
• Lead training workshops to internal Account Management teams across EMEA
• Implement global onboarding plans and ramp-up programs for new hires
• Proactively collaborate with EMEA Sales Leadership and capture requirements in the region that can be developed into scalable training programs; be a voice for the EMEA sales managers at global training design meetings
• Build close working relationships with EMEA sales leadership team, and earn trust through understanding how training can support their strategic goals
• Influence training design at a global level, ensuring the requirements of the region influence global plans
• Engage Account Management teams and understand patterns in their knowledge gaps, and provide thought leadership for proposed programs and curriculum.
• Analytical bent of mind to understand key trends in the region across all sales segments, and working with the sales leaders in the region to establish programs, curriculum that will help drive customer satisfaction and sales revenue
• Roll out and execute global sales enablement programs, localize if necessary by working closely with sales leadership
• Coordinate schedules for ILT events, manage event planning, working closely with Account Management teams and Training Operations
• Enable internal staff to deliver content to their teams (e.g TTT)
• Build out frameworks, cadence of regional programs, communicate this to audience via internal marketing
• Host webinars, in cooperation with Account Management team
• Evaluate effectiveness and propose adjustments to EMEA and Global programs to improve performance and ensure objectives are met
• Contribute to increase the number of AWS certified individuals
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Relevant experience in learning and development or enablement-related position.
• Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company.
• Understand cloud technologies and distributed computing at a high level and relate back to curriculum
• Bias for action: ability to initiate new programs, obtain senior management buy-in and support.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing multi-faceted projects with the ability to drive through completion
• Ability to effectively work in a highly ambiguous environment and within cross-functional teams across the organization
• Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
