People and Organisation Change Consultant

My client based in the West Midlands is keen to recruit an experienced People & Organisational change consultant to support their project team.

You will as part of your role:

• help develop the tools, mechanisms and communications to support the people transition approach to move from As-Is to the To-Be Operating model. You will also support the promotion assessment centres, allocation workshops etc to assess, select and migrate people into roles in the new organisation across the clients business function.
• Support the development of materials for effective consultation with Trade Unions and employee forums.
• Support the Project lead with the planning, risk and issue management and status reporting.
• Support the design and coordination of the consultation and communication strategy to enable line manager communications of people change.
• Help with the ongoing coaching of individual leaders in leading the change, and facilitate alignment of project objectives among the leaders.
• Support the delivery of the work transition plan for the handover of work between teams and individuals as the new organisation is implemented.
• Responsible for supporting the completion of the people and work transition plan deliverables.

Ideally you will come form an HR background (preferably CIPD qualified) be able to communicate effectively and work efficiently as part of the project team. You will have worked on large transformation projects with complex people change, be structured and well organised and a proactive person with excellent stakeholder management skills.
