Customer Services Apprentice
35 Hours per Week
Salary: GBP125 per week
Fixed term for 15 months
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the council's Apprenticeship program. While you study towards a level 2 Business & Administration apprenticeship (subject to available funding), you will have the opportunity to work within the Councils busy Customer Service department, undertaking a varied and interesting workload.
The Customer Services team work hard to constantly improve the quality, consistency and accessibility of services for our customers; we want, simply, to give our customers excellent service. We try to offer our customers a choice about how, when and where they can reach us; in person by visiting our offices or via the telephone, web or email.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, conscientious and self motivated, have good organisational skills, an excellent telephone manner and the ability to plan and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
Previous experience is not required but you must be willing to undertake all the required training and development activities.
A flexible approach to working hours is required to fulfil this 35 hour contract, to be worked between Monday and Friday each week. Please be aware that there are no age restrictions on our Apprenticeships.
