We have a requirement for a permanent Property Manager to join an entrepreneurial business based in Bath.
This is a wholly owned subsidiary of a national housing association with excellent career growth opportunities and an environment where you are actively encouraged to develop.
We are ideally looking for someone with prior Property Management experience of working within a very busy working environment.
You will have a proven background of successfully working under pressure whilst prioritising your own work load load coupled with flexibility to change plans when urgent requirements come in.
You will spend a lot of time on the phone speaking to tenants and landlords alike. Therefore you will be a confident, effective communicator and have the ability to stay calm and professional in occasional challenging circumstances
