What the role entails?
As a Manager you will be expected to bill personally as well as leading multiple teams of recruitment consultants with varying experience levels. You will guide them towards achieving their targets as well as promotion aspirations.
You must present yourself as a credible, professional, industry expert, demonstrating best practice recruitment and leadership behaviours at all times, both internally and externally.
You will be expected to carry out Business development, Candidate management, Client and job
management, full robust recruitment processes, Team Development and Reporting.
