ERP Software Solutions Channel Sales Manager GBP30k + OTE
I am working closely with a growing and successful ISV who are looking to focus on continuing to build their Channel network and as such are seeking to recruit a Channel Sales Manager who has experience around ERP Software Solutions along with connections within and understanding of the Partner network in the UK. This role has come about at an exciting period of growth for my client and as such they are looking for a candidate who has serious ambitions which is in-sync with their development plans. This is an office based role inside Leicester and you will be expected to be in the office on a regular basis.
My client work with a number of ERP Solutions - including products for Microsoft, Sage and SAP - and as such, your ERP experience can be fairly generalised. The most important attributes to have include having a strong background in Partner Management, as well as having experience within Channel Sales. Your targets over the last 3 years should be above quota and you should be ambitious and looking to join a fast-paced sales environment where your focus will be on multiple processes.
Salary is GBP30k with an OTE which makes the offering very attractive. There are also several great incentives offered and the ability to fast-track your career with opportunities available for a successful candidate. Additionally, my client offers a fantastic training programme which will go in-depth into the product set that they deal with allowing you to become a leader in the marketplace, able to offer expert advice and take a consultative approach to the sales cycle.

*Wide-ranging ERP Channel/Partner Sales background.
*Successfully overachieved against target/quota - with evidence.
*Ambition to progress career is vital - as is very strong motivation.
*Established business relationships throughout the channel is a huge benefit.
