Training Officer Halifax £25k - £29k p.a. + benefits d.o.e.

Experienced Training Officer to help deliver training to Conservative's Field Campaign Team in Yorkshire

The Role

As Training Officer, you will help deliver training / coaching to the Conservative Party's Field Campaign Team. Based in West Yorkshire with significant travel within England and Wales your responsibilities will include:

• assisting with apprenticeship levy administration
• coaching apprentices ensuring learning goals are monitored and achieved
• designing / delivering / overseeing training of individuals / groups
• policy and training development initiatives
• compiling / presenting information to key stakeholders
• working with external training providers to develop programmes as required

The Person

As Training Officer, you will have experience within the training department of a national organisation and a recognised training qualification ( CIPD ). Ideally with a wider interest in politics and the Conservative Party you will also need:

• experience dealing with multiple training projects
• excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• a positive attitude / flexible approach to the work environment
• excellent communication skills and good attention to detail

This role is based in West Yorkshire but includes significant travel across England and Wales.
