We are one of the most established names in the Commercial Catering industry with a strong, proven and successful history. Training and development is a big thing for us and we personally pay for all our Catering Engineers to take CCCN1 and Comcat 1, 3, 5 which enables them to become specialists in the Commercial Catering Industry.
You will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a wide range of commercial catering equipment from all leading manufacturers and will be based on site.
We are the UK's leading provider of commercial catering equipment with nearly 30 years within this sector. We focus on the supply of temporary kitchens throughout the UK as well as the service, design and installation of permanent kitchens.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service, maintenance and repair of commercial catering equipment
* Fault Finding on both electrical and gas commercial catering equipment
* Site Based - this is a static role so no travel will be expected
Essential Qualifications / Experience:
* Comcat 1,2,3,5
* LPG (would be an advantage)
* Relevant electrical experience (17th, 16th, 15th edition, HNC, NVQ, City and Guilds in electrics would be an advantage)
* Driver's Licence
Package:
* Basic Salary from GBP30,500 to GBP32,500 (Dependant on qualifications)
* 45 hr week Monday - Friday (8am - 5 pm)
* On call: 1 in 9 (weekends only)
* On call rates:
* Saturday - GBP25.00 (increases to GBP50.00 in the event that one or more calls are taken)
* Sunday - GBP37.50 (increases to GBP75.00 in the event that one or more calls are taken)
* Bank Holiday - GBP50.00 (increases to GBP100.00 in the event that one or more calls are taken)
* Overtime paid at hourly rate
* 31 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 33 days after 2 years' service.
* Christmas shut down from Christmas Eve to New Years' Day!
* Pension currently stands at 2.5% employers contribution
* Tools and uniform provided
* Other benefits/ information: Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Private Medical Insurance
