Experienced Skip Lorry Driver
Full Time, 40 hours per week
You will be completing all tasks and duties required for driving around the local area, as well as occasional long distance jobs.
Tasks and duties will include:
Carrying out routine vehicle checks
Delivering, collecting and exchanging skips to commercial and domestic properties
Making sure skips are collected and the load is safe and secure
Driving vehicles to their destinations and unloading and loading according to site requirements
Collecting payments and issuing receipts
Completing Waste Transfer notes
Customer service
To successfully secure this opportunity, you must:
Have at least 3 years skip lorry driving experience
Have a Category C driving licence (Class 2)
Be reliable, punctual and self-motivated
Have a great attitude and strong work ethic
Be capable and confident in your ability
Ideally, this position would suit someone from Sheffield with good knowledge of the local area.
