My client is an award-winning PLC House Builder who is currently seeking a talented Site Manager with a background in PLC house building. My client is offering the opportunity to climb the corporate ladder very quickly due to the rapid expansion of the company.

Established National House Building Company who specialise in high end residential new build projects.

Project values up to GBP250m

Desired Candidate:

* Bespoke luxury residential new build projects deliverance on time.
* PLC House Building Background.
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
* Ability to liaise with the client and provide an exceptional service to them.
* Experience of running large sites.
* Large residential new build volume experience.
* Health & Safety regulated
