Wright Minimix Limited and Bristol & Bath Concrete Limited has a vacancy for an Office Administrator, this is a multifunctioning role in an expanding company at their busy office based in Warmley Bristol. 

The applicant must be numerically sound with an ability to communicate efficiently both verbally and in writing with good attention to detail. They must have a confident and capable telephone manner and an ability to use Microsoft office applications. Sage Accounts experience preferred, we also operate an in-house sales ordering system, with training given for the right applicant. Previous experience of working within an office is essential.

The applicant will need to have a mature approach to work and to work as part of a team, meeting required deadlines and using your initiative to manage day-to-day admin duties. The office is very busy, so a positive and flexible approach is essential. Duties include order taking from new and existing clients, working out measurements, pricing, creating invoices using SAGE and general office administration which includes everything from dealing with customer queries to housekeeping.

The position is full time and offers 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays.

Hours of work – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with ½ an hour for lunch.  Annual salary on offer between 15-20k depending on experience.
