This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant, fast-growing company and become a fully qualified Protection Adviser.

The role

L&C, a leading player in the mortgage industry, is looking for 20 Trainee Protection Adviser to join its busy, dynamic team. Learning and thinking on your feet, you'll gather appropriate information so that the most suitable protection advice can be provided to the customer and evidenced in line with the company's sales process. You'll generate a consistently high level of quality activity that exceeds our targets while providing outstanding customer service and care for our customers. Timely and accurately, you'll complete all the administration required while documenting every call so as to achieve the company's performance standards. You'll be trained by experts in their fields, have exposure to award-winning technology a sit industry level exams, all with the intention of becoming a fully qualified Protection Advisor.
