They now have an exciting opportunity within their Renewals Team on a temporary to permanent basis, working as an Inbound Advisor.

The Role:

It will be your job to:

Review their requirements and potential reasons for leaving

Handle their objections in a constructive and understanding manner

Offer alternative products or services that better meet their needs

No two members are the same and you'll be able to treat every customer in individually, delivering an exceptional service at all times.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

It takes excellent people skills, confident powers of communication, the natural ability to listen and identify member's needs, the resilience of flexibility to adapt to many different situations, plus good PC and numeracy skills.

Hours:

You must be available to work between the below hours:

7am - 10pm Monday to Friday

8am - 8pm Saturday

9am - 7pm Sunday

This is a full time role working 35 hours per week on a rostering pattern. You will be required to work either a Saturday or a Sunday 3 and out 4 weekends. You'll also be required to work some Bank Holidays during the year.

Additionally; there will be 3 weeks of training which will take place Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Pay:

GBP7.69 for the first 12 weeks and GBP8.71 there after.

After a successful 12 weeks with Interaction Recruitment there will be the opportunity to move to a fixed term contract.
