Russell Parry ARC Ltd (Chessington Surrey) are seeking an individual who is experienced in Customer Service to join our Reception Team as Customer Service Advisor / Repair Coordinator.
The successful applicant will ideally have already gained experience working in the vehicle repair or a related service industry and have a good understanding of the processes that are involved.
You will need to have a 'team player' attitude to be successful in this role as well as the confidence to act on your own initiative .
Excellent customer care skills and a good phone manner are an essential requirement for this position and an enthusiastic and positive attitude plus a good work ethic.
You will also need good IT skills and possess a full driving license for manual cars.
An excellent salary is on offer depending on experience and qualifications.
This is a full time position with regular overtime.
Salary negotiable depending on previous experience and suitability.
