Finance Process Owner

My well established and dynamic client is currently looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Finance Process Owner.

You will be joining a busy team within a transitional period to lead a new ERP systems implementation within a number of functional areas across the business.

The role will entail heavy involvement in the configuration, testing and implementation of the system whilst ensuring all reporting lines and key stakeholders are kept up to date at all times.

A fantastic interim opportunity for an individual who prides themselves on achieving their key deliverables as well as leading and playing an integral part of a team.

Your duties will be inclusive of, but are not limited to:

• Handling the detailed configuration process, including any internal queries
• Ensure consistent system and design documentation updates are carried out
• Understand the full process for each workstream to ensure dependencies, controls and financial impacts are included
• Data analysis to support configuration decisions as required
• System testing
• Work collaboratively with the Change Management team to ensure an understanding of all processes, people and technology adaptations due to the systems implementation
• Legacy system understanding and reconciliation of migration data to the new system
• Work to agreed standards via the PMO

The ideal candidate will showcase the following:

• Must be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with extensive experience working as a Process Owner on large scaled ERP implementations.
• Be highly experienced in understanding system design documentation and the key controls within a process
• Possess end to end ERP implementation experience including process mapping/configuration, systems testing, business adoption, migrating/integrating Legacy systems to new and go live process
