PENSION COMPLIANCE ASSISTANT - MILTON KEYNES - GBP36,000 - GBP40,000

• Do you have Pension Regulation experience?

OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To ensure the company attains high standards of technical and regulatory compliance by providing a practical, efficient and business friendly technical and compliance solution across the companies Master Trust Workplace Pensions and SSAS business.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that customers are treated fairly and receive a fair and consistent service in line with the Company's policy of promoting good member outcomes.
• Support the Senior Manager in developing and promoting a strong technical and compliance culture within the business.
• Provide assistance with technical and compliance related queries from the firm, and the firm's connections.
• Assist in the production of papers and management information for quarterly trustee meetings.
• Assist the Senior Manager with Trustee queries.
• Assist with Auto-enrolment and general queries from the Corporate team.
• Assist with the monitoring of the Corporate business Master Trusts, to ensure regulatory targets & SLAs are met.
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining Master Trust governance documentation and registers, including scheme calendars, trustee policies, Code of Practice 13 Schedules and risk register.
• Assist with the completion of regulatory returns.
• Conduct monitoring in accordance with the technical and compliance monitoring programme.
• Undertake files reviews as instructed by the Senior Manager and report on any issues identified.
• Assist with the production of technical and compliance related management information as required.
• Work with the Senior Manager to ensure the firm's systems and controls are robust, support the immediate and future business plans and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Provide support and assistance to any ad hoc technical and compliance projects as appropriate.

Requirements

• Technical pensions knowledge and a good understanding of pension regulation
• Pension compliance experience
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
