HR OFFICER
Based at Service Headquarters, Kempston
37 hours per week
£28,485 - £32,486 per annum

This post is required to ensure the provision of HR advice to the organisation and supervise the HR operational service, acting as the HR focal point for the HR Information System, ensuring efficient and accurate processes are in place throughout the Section's operations. You will be required to review and analyse processes and procedures with the Section, creating proposals for improvement and providing training for HR users of the system.

The successful candidate will also be required to provide an efficient and effective recruitment service for all non-operational posts, devising appropriate selection techniques in accordance with best practice.
Applicants must be part CIPD qualified (or equivalent qualification) or significant broad work experience in the HR field. They must have significant demonstrable experience in using IT-based HR systems, some experience of training needs analysis and in depth experience of analysing, manipulating and structuring data to create meaningful reports.
