Supply Chain Manager
Kent
£33000 + car allowance + benefits
An exciting and innovative FMCG/Retail company is looking for a driven, dynamic and personable Supply Chain Manager for their fast growing business based in Kent. This is customer facing supply chain role where you will lead a small team of planners to manage the key customer accounts to communicate forecasts, supplier changes, product changes and to ensure OTIF and SLOBs are at optimum levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the end-to-end customer supply chain from planning through to OTIF delivery and in the UK.
* Developing a robust demand planning and forecasting processes
* Implementing advanced planning systems across supply chain and operations
* Driving change and cost saving initiatives within financial planning
* Building long-term relationships with key customers and suppliers
* NPI launches
Key Skills:
* Degree Educated or equivalent
* A strong understanding of Retail/FMCG supply chain with at least 3 years+ FMCG supply chain experience
* Line management experience of direct teams and distributors
* SAP experience desirable
* Highly computer literate - advanced excel
* Customer focused - experience of working collaboratively with key retail customers
* Excellent communication and influencing to develop strong relationships internally and externally
* Able to prioritise and allocate time effectively
* Strong team player
* Highly organised and motivated
