Plasterer, Bricklayer & Property Maintenance

This property services firm based in Derby are looking to recruit a Plasterer, Bricklayer & Property Maintenance worker to carry out plastering, bricklaying and general property maintenance tasks.

Job Duties:

- Plastering
- Bricklaying
- Repairs to properties
- Basic joinery
- Basic plumbing
- Basic roofing
- Groundwork
- Garden maintenance
- Installation and repair of fencing and gates
- Maintains tooling to good standard
- Conserves resources
- Complies with local and national building codes
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Own van not required. Company van provided daily from company central office in Derby

Skills/Qualifications:

Must have driving license. Use of power tools, interpreting job specifications, problem solving, basic safety, attention to detail, customer service

Personal Attributes:

Reliability/dependability, self-regulating/able to work on own, professional approach, customer focus
