Our clients are at the centre of everything we do, and a large proportion of our workforce are dedicated to providing them with the high quality service that they have come to expect from RSG and our associated brands.
There is a lot more to recruitment than simply matching candidates to vacancies, and a vast array of job roles within the business that do not involve the typical elements of a 360 consultant.
We are looking for people from a recruitment background who have a thorough understanding of the process, but want to move away from sales, business development and candidate delivery.
Focussing on our key clients with an emphasis on diligence of service and customer care, there are a range of opportunities for people whose strengths lie in relationship management and facilitation of the processes that support our core recruitment functions.
With increased demand from our established client base as well as several new and high profile accounts recently acquired, our portfolio of business is becoming more diverse, with different levels of engagement and types of services provided to each customer.
As a result, we have developed a number of business areas that include account process management, contractor management and on-boarding, management information and vendor management. At the core of all of these roles is excellent customer care through client engagement and detailed process coordination.
You will need to have strong communication abilities to build relationships across the business and cohesively coordinate all of the contributing teams; a sharp eye for detail and an aptitude to manage a high volume of work with accuracy and efficiency; the autonomy to be responsible of your key areas whilst at the same time working fluidly and effectively with other business functions; and the work ethic to manage your time and go above and beyond what is required to provide nothing less than an outstanding service to our clients.
