Elevation Recruitment Group Office Support are recruiting on an exclusive basis for an experienced Export Administrator to join a fast paced team in Doncaster. This is an on-going temporary assignment with a view to go permanent.

This role will be to join the export team who have commitment to providing value added service to both internal and external customers, and to respond positively and professionally in a timely manner with enthusiasm, accuracy and reliability.

Key Accountabilities:

-Demonstrates awareness of Health and Safety requirements for self, Department and site.
-To receive and accurately process customer orders, faxes and emails in a timely manner with 100% price matching.
-To ensure all relevant export documentation is completed ready for despatch,
-To ensure export procedures are followed
-To ensure booking of transport is completed when necessary, ensuring customer expectations are met within timescales.
-Consistently delivering a dependable and accurate service, having a willingness to help customers.
-Prioritises workloads per site, picking, packing and loading activity.
-Resolves customer queries, investigates and validates request, generates credit/debit notes.
-Proactively suggests improvements to further enhance best practice and service delivery.
-Has the ability to work as part of a team and actively participates in conference calls/skype meetings
-Completes daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and reports in line with management requests and business requirements.
