Are you experienced in the field of Youth Work, seeking a teaching assistant role within a Secondary school in Salford from September?
If so, please see the details of the position available at our client school, located near to the M602 motorway. The small mixed comprehensive Secondary school have an open vacancy within their support department for a teaching assistant with a background in Youth Work and Community support.
The role will incorporate working directly with vulnerable students across Key Stage Three and Key Stage Four with a range of specific needs. Topics such as self esteem, confidence and motivation will be covered in sessions with the pupils.
This is a full time position, commencing in September for one academic year initially.

The school currently has fewer than 800 pupils on roll, and a high proportion of students receive additional funding to provide specific support. There is a large on site Inclusion department which caters for group work and extra curricular intervention sessions.
