LOCATION: Melton Mowbray
JOB TITLE: Machine Tool Fitter / Engineer
SALARY: Competitive dependant on experience
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday 8am - 1pm
THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a long established machinery supplier based near Melton Mowbray. They have supplied thousands of machines throughout the World and are continuing to expand their client base in all corners of the globe. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Machine Tool Fitter / Engineer to join the team.
THE ROLE: As a Machine Tool Fitter / Engineer you will be working on all types of machinery in the workshop, fault finding and repairing the machines.
Key Responsibilities of a Machine Tool Fitter / Engineer to include:-
• Diagnose faults on machines
• Repair machines in a timely manner
• Deal with customers on occasions
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate must be able to work well on their own and be extremely hard working. Ideally you will come from a production maintenance background and have CNC ability.
Key experience essential for the Machine Tool Fitter / Engineer role:
• Ability to fault find on all types of Machine Tools & Sheet Metalworking Machinery
• Live within a commutable distance to Melton Mowbray
