Covering Derry / Londonderry area

Based at Balliniska Heights, Northland Road, Derry / Londonderry, BT48 0GR. Salary: GBP18,897.23 - GBP21,840.55 pro rata per annum (Actual Salary: GBP15,322.08-GBP17,708.55 per annum) 30 hours per week; Monday - Friday (Flexi)

A bit about the role
We are recruiting a Tenancy Support Co-ordinator based at our new development at Northland Road. You will provide a range of housing support services to our general needs tenants and those over the age of 55 at current and future sites across Derry / Londonderry city and the surrounding areas.
To flourish in the role, you will need to have two A Levels at Grade C or above AND 18 months experience in a support/housing/community field OR 3 years experience in a support/housing/community field.
It's important to us that you can demonstrate you have a sound knowledge of housing and welfare benefits and we do need you to also have excellent ICT skills including previous experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
The role will require you to work with a range of tenants with various support needs so we will also need you to have experience of working with support agencies.
We'll be impressed if you have knowledge of the social housing sector in Northern Ireland but don't worry as long as you have the curiosity to find out, we'll help you. We will need you to travel to meet the requirements of the post, without reliance on public transport.
