*** Long term maintenance Plumber required - Van Provided - Contract will go direct performance dependant *** Your new company A leading name in Northern Irish maintenance have an urgent requirement for a qualified domestic plumber to join their reputable team. With long term, local workload and desirable terms, this could be the steady position you've been looking for. Your new role You will be working a long with the Belfast trade team, predominantly on Change of Tenancy contracts. You will be expected to bring your Plumbing expertise to provide troubleshooting solutions on domestic properties and systems, helping deliver fast-paced and tight-timed jobs through to delivery. Whilst a large part of your position will involve mobile maintenance, sometimes bigger jobs will require a more static day, so it promises to offer a challenging but rewarding role where no two days are the same. What you'll need to succeed An NVQ level 3 qualification, valid CSR Plumbing Card and a full UK driving licence. Previous experience working on NIHE contracts would be desirable but is non essential. What you'll get in return A full time position, initially for 3 months through HAYS, before your contract is reviewed and - performance dependant - you will be offered a direct contract.
