*** Housing Association Framework - Long Term contract - Van Provided *** Your new company A local contractor, who has just won a large new housing maintenance contract, are currently looking for Joiners to join their reputable maintenance team. Your new role You will be tasked with all associated duties of 2nd fix / maintenance housing contracts. Travelling from site to site providing your expertise to deliver the houses back to initial spec, completing relevant paperwork and liaising with head office about completions / bookings etc. What you'll need to succeed A valid CSR Card, full UK driving licence and your own tools. Previous experience on domestic maintenance contracts would be a distinct advantage but is not essential. What you'll get in return A long term position based exclusively in South & East Belfast, working with an experienced team, with the potential to gain a full-time contract depending on performance.
