JOB TITLE: Customer Service Centre Trainer
JOB LOCATION: Bristol Customer Service Centre
RESPONSIBLE TO: Customer Service Manager
HOURS OF WORK: 8:30 AM - 17:00 Monday - Friday

BRIEF DETAILS OF POSITION:
We are looking to employ a Trainer to join the team. This is a new role and the successful candidate will help the business develop the ongoing long-term improvement of all employees' skills enabling them to fulfil their potential within the organisation. The trainer will determine what training is needed to grow and retain these skills.

Key Result Areas:
- To build and update a General Knowledge Centre for all staff to use effectively and efficiently.
- Delivery of new starter induction programme.
- Deliver CSC training (system and processes)
- Designing and develop CSC training plans.
- Working closely with members of the Service Desk, Helpdesk and team leaders, and monitoring training effectiveness.
- Communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
- Maintain and build effective working relationships with all Colleagues

Main Responsibilities and Duties to include:
- Liaising with the business to identify learner training needs, plan and arrange training
- Create training plans
- Deliver training to internal employees using a blended learning approach (mixture of classroom, WebEx and eLearning)
- Support learners through the learner journey
- Work in partnership with the management team to create and develop training documentation including training course user guides, training presentations and trainer lesson plans
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training back into the business and action accordingly

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Strong communication skills
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Ability to build a good rapport with employees.
- Ability to multitask
