Finance Manager

Hours: 36 hours per week, all year round

Salary: GBP31,000- GBP33,000 pa

The role

A fantastic opportunity for an energetic and dynamic Finance Manager to join our finance and operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the school's financial strategy and the provision, maintenance and development of the financial and accounting support service.

You will be a proven and commercially astute Finance Manager (qualified to at least AAT level) with a track record of producing annual budgets, financial forecasts and longer term financial plans.

You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team with excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. Knowledge of VAT legislation for charities and experience using SIMS would be an advantage.
