Location: Central Cheltenham

Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 with OTE of GBP35k

Hours: 41 hours per week (Shift patterns inc 1 in 3 Saturday AM)

Job Type: Permanent

Start Date: As soon as possible, flexibility around notice periods

You will be joining an established and successful sales team, who are looking for candidates who are determined, with a positive attitude, drive to succeed and desire to be part of a winning team!

Role & Responsibilities

• You will receive warm leads from potential customers to discuss their Life Insurance requirements
• Discuss policy needs by undertaking a thorough fact find over the telephone
• You will provide advice on regulated Life Insurance products
• Covert warm leads into Sales to meet monthly KPIs
• You will be expected to identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling products to generate business and increase profitability
• Provide excellent customer service
• You will carry out some administrative duties
• Always adhering to FCA rules and regulations

Essential Skills and Experience

• Experience in a contact centre or sales environment is essential, with a proven track record of working within a target orientated environment
• First class verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Drive and tenacity to meet and exceed targets and show a hunger for working in a sales environment
• Ability to work under pressure
