A new and exciting temporary opportunity has arisen to work with my client, a successful car servicing and repairs workshop, based in Kemble as a Service Adviser.

Hours of work - Monday - Friday 0800-1800

Time Scale - 31st July 2017 for 2 weeks work

Pay Rate - GBP9 per hour

The Role will include the following duties -

- Meeting and Greeting any customers in the business

- Handling of any customer enquires, either face to face at front desk or over telephone/email

- Research and prepare potential estimates for work

- Managing bookings in to the workshop

- Liaising with workshop foreman to keep up to date with the progress for customer information

- Manage the ordering and returning of vehicle parts and equipment and parts in stock

The Role requires the following skills -

- Use of Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word and Outlook

- Administrative experience

- Ability to work to deadlines and handle confidential information

- Excellent communication skills and Customer service skills

The following skills are useful but not essential -

- Knowledge of Cars and or car components

- Experience in a sales environment
