RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - LOGISTICS

EXCELLENT RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT OPPORTUNITY

For this role YOU will ideally be based within a 30 minute commute of Avonmouth, Bristol

SALARY AND BENEFITS: Earn up to GBP18,000 - GBP22,000 per annum

ROLE INFORMATION:

Rapier Employment, the specialist Logistics, Transport and Warehouse supply agency are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Avonmouth office near Bristol.

This is a very busy office with existing clients and large driving pool and we are looking to further grow and develop the business within the Birmingham and surrounding area.

As a recruitment consultant you will be required to develop and build your desk and complete sales calls through warm and cold leads, as well as maintain the strong relationships we have with our existing clients.

This is a 360 recruitment role, where you will also be required to assist with both client and candidates day to day queries and follow compliance in line with driving legislation, visit clients, taking client bookings, advertising as well as candidate registrations and placement.

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION:

• Up to GBP22k per annum depending on experience

• Have excellent customer service skills
• Previous recruitment experience ideally in a logistics environment
• Good Communication skills both oral and written
