The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Team supports the EMEA region on C&B matters, driving business partnership and ensuring that the C&B needs of the businesses within the region are supported, and that they are able to attract, buy and retain talent.

There will be some international travel required for the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the supervision and guidance of the C&B Manager, EMEA:

*Work with the C&B Manager in overseeing and supporting benefit renewal processes across the region; directly support insurance renewals in the UK, liaising with brokers.
*Analyze current benefit programs against market benchmarks to understand the competitiveness of current benefit offerings, perform cost/benefit analysis of current and proposed benefit offerings, and make recommendations for plan modifications.
*Maintain database of benefit programs across EMEA.
*Supports implementation of compliance requirements for UK retirement schemes
*Undertake market pricing for positions & review existing positions & job family structures
*Participate in total reward surveys as required.
*Support with the design of C&B plans and programs across EMEA
*Support local implementation pay reviews, which are driven by the US
*Research & provide input into EMEA & global C&B projects, including support on M&A due diligence, C&B integrations, international benefits policies etc.
*Keep up-to-date with EMEA C&B trends and political, economical, social & legal environments.
*Develop subject matter expertise on international C&B practices and compliance.
*Provide support to local HR for Wage & Benefits proposals
*Work with U.S. C&B to validate & review local market data sources for each plant location.
*Provide C&B support during the planning and implementation of expatriate assignments

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL
*Degree Educated
*C&B experience, with emphasis on benefits administration (ideally 1-2 years)
*Experience of managing projects and/or processes
*Well organized and detailed oriented with ability to prioritize workload effectively
*Solid quantitative and problem solving skills, with the proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
*An effective communicator (oral and written) who is confident in building relationships and communicating at all levels and across different cultures
*Must be a self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple concurrent projects, as well as lead projects.
*Highly energetic and results oriented, committed to high standards of performance and continuous improvement.
*Advanced Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in Excel

HIGHLY DESIRABLE

*Experience of Benefit renewals and market reviews
*Experience performing benefit plan benchmarking & cost analysis, handling insurance renewals, and conveying technical information & recommendations to management
*Experience of supporting key compensation cycles such as bonus and pay review
*Experience performing research and technical analysis, and building business case for compensation and/or benefit related proposals
*CIPD / Postgraduate qualification desirable
*Experience of working within a complex matrix-management structure
*Experience of working across EMEA region
