A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our client, a well-established Estate Agent, who is seeking an enthusiastic, presentable and well-spoken Sales Negotiator to work in the Portishead branch. This exciting role offered is for candidates who are looking for a long term career with a reputable Estate Agent.

Previous experience will be required, you will be self-motivated, Be able to offer a fantastic level of customer service and have excellent relationship building skills plus be able to secure new business opportunities without supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be required to arrange viewings on properties, conduct viewings, canvass for new business and negotiate and close sales. In return a fantastic package of GBP15,000-GBP18,000 basic, OTE GBP20,000 - GBP24,000
