Artis HR are currently recruiting for a HR Systems Analyst for an exciting business based in Cirencester, this is initially a 6 month FTC however there is real possibility to extend or go permanent. The role is full time and paying GBP35,000.
Role summary
This role is to support the business as they upgrade their Unit 4 Business World System.
The appointed candidate will be responsible for some of or all, of:
*Understanding the changes from our current version to new
*Developing test scenarios and scripts
*Executing and supervision the execution of the tests by other members of the hr team
*Identifying issues and tracking their resolution with the technical support team
*Updating process maps and user guides to reflect the new system
*Reviewing existing report catalogue
*Identifying opportunities to utilise new functionality once the upgrade is complete
The candidate
*Ideally, will have experience of working with unit 4 Agresso / Business World
*Must Have hands on experience of working with HR Systems, more than just an end user
*Will have an aye for detail and accuracy
*Will be comfortable doing some basic level input themselves, as well as supervising the work of others
*Will be a team player
*Will be able to understand a degree of technical information, and able to communicate this to non-technical system users.
The opportunity
This is initially a 6 month ftc, although as the business continues to grow and evolve there is a very real possibility for a longer term or permanent appointment in the future.
Benefits include a salary of GBP30-35,000 dependant on experience, 10% pension contributions, BUPA (individual / family option), free parking, subsidised restaurant.
