I'm currently working on an exciting Benefits Specialist position that would be great for someone looking for a career in Reward! This is a great chance for someone who has recently started their career within Reward or Benefits to gain exposure and progress within an international organisation. You will be focusing on renewing and developing the Benefits offering throughout the EMEA region. This will require advanced knowledge of Excel and offers an excellent opportunity to travel across Europe.
Key responsibilities
*Managing Benefit vendor relationships
*Managing the renewal process
*Benchmarking the Benefit offering and implementing new strategies to retain employees and keep them engaged.
*Supporting on the annual salary and bonus reviews
*Supporting the implementation and compliance of retirements for the UK and retirement schemes
