An exciting strategic leadership opportunity as an Assurance Analyst within Experian Consumer Servicing has arisen for the right candidate.
This role offers significant interactions across internal and external teams and senior stakeholders. You will report into the Assurance Senior Manager and provide support to Consumer Servicing to strengthen the control of Experian's compliance with internal and external policies and regulations along with driving improvements in the quality of the service delivery.
You will have significant experience of translating external regulation and business policy into specific operational requirements including an effective risk and control environment.
Key Responsibilities
Detailed review and understanding of applicable regulation and busy policyTranslation of regulation and business policy into operational requirementsRisk and control gap analysis against regulatory and business policy requirementsDevelopment of controls to provide assurance of adherence to requirementsReview of controls performance including process improvement/risk reduction activity recommendationsProvide assurance oversight on all change initiatives within Consumer ServicingPoint of contact for Second Line of Defence regulatory change activities and integration of new requirements into Consumer Servicing

Significant experience of a compliance environment Strong experience of risk management and control frameworksExperience working in an FCA Regulated environmentAbility to translate complex policy into SMART business objectivesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders /stakeholders and gain acceptance, support and commitment across multiple stakeholders
Desirable
Previous experience within Financial services Experience in working within an Operations function or similar environment dealing with sensitive dataA strong understanding of Financial and Operational Risk Management and assessment within a regulated environmentA proven track record in implementing effective risk management frameworksBusiness Continuity experienceInfo sec experience
