An exciting field sales opportunity has arisen with this leading supplier of sportswear and outdoor clothing. They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to assist in launching a new sportswear brand throughout the UK.
LOCATION: Candidates can live anywhere in the South East and cover potentially the whole UK as a territory.
SALARY: Circa GBP30,000 basic plus bonuses, fully expensed car or car allowance, 20 days holiday and company pension.
You will be tasked with launching a brand of sportswear into wholesalers, distributors, retailers and sports clubs across the whole UK. The collection includes gym clothing, basketball clothing, compression wear, surf clothing and bike wear.
The role will be a mixture of account management and new business, contacting existing clients in order to launch the brand as well as researching and sourcing leads in order to open new accounts in order to grow the account base.
Successful candidates will have at least 2 years field sales experience, have a proven track record within sales and ideally have experience of selling sportwear or equipment (although not essential).
