A fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and well respected Independent Estate Agent in Clifton
I am currently looking for a Letting Negotiator.
Salary GBP19,000 per annum with completion of NFOPP, if no qualification salary GBP18,000 until you qualify.
Excellent Commission Anticipated GBP4,000 - GBP6,000 per annum. Part of which is only available following successful completion of NFOPP
Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 18.00pm Thursday 8.45am - 17.00pm plus 7 in every 16 Saturdays 8.45am - 14.00pm half a day given off if you work a Saturday.
You will be responsible for letting properties and developing new business.
You will demonstrate great customer service skills and maturity and use this as a stepping stone to develop their own relationship with landlords.
You will be supported in your development and will be given the opportunity to prove that you have what it takes to grow the business and with it take control of your own career progression.
The majority of the day to day work will involve travelling to and from properties, meeting potential tenants and conducting viewings.
The role will also encompass many other aspects as the business requires and is liable to change regularly.
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating with Landlord & Tenants
- High levels of customer service
- Developing relationship with Landlords
- Finding new properties to rent
- Weekly landlord updates
- Front desk & Incoming phone calls
- Managing enquires
- Marketing photos
- Creating property displays
- Managing properties in progress file
- References property check-ins & associated paperwork
- Completing NFOPP Technical Award
- Driving Career Progression
- Any other tasks reasonably asked by line managers.
