Head Chef - Excellent Opportunity in Cotswolds
Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their luxury 4* Hotel in Gloucestershire. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef to take the next step in their career and manage an already popular and busy property. The property has a busy mix of 2AA rosette fine dining and functions.
The Role
Working closely with the General Manager
Producing 2AA Rosette level food for the restaurant, bar and functions
Managing and developing the brigade
Managing GP targets
The Person
Already working as a Head Chef in a Hotel Environment
Experience of 2AA rosette fine dining or higher
Functions experience
Good kitchen manager
Menu planning and costing
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary up to GBP38-40k
