THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to company growth my massively expanding client is looking to expand their team based in the heart of Bromley. This role will involve account managing a portfolio of clients that might have questions regarding their bill / account. You will have excellent customer service and account management skills and want to work for a company that truly value their staff.
THE ROLE
- Management of own portfolio of accounts
- Answering incoming calls
- Dealing with all customer and supplier queries relating to the relevant bureau
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Knowledge of own customer invoice cycle
- Validating utility invoices daily, in accordance with procedures and customer SLA
- Creating payment spreadsheets as per customer specifications
- Management of BQAs (Billing Query Actions):
- Update SLA scheduled tasks spreadsheet with any new tasks arranged
- Ensuring all internal documents and procedures are kept up to date and accurate at all times
- Ensuring that all QDT checks are carried out for customers to maintain integrity of system at all times
- Establishing a successful relationship with new customers from the outset
- Preparation for and attending customer meetings
- Participating in the training of new recruits and existing members of staff on individual tasks
- Updating documents to log invoice batches arriving and leaving STC
- Production of tender information as requested from the procurement department
- Completing the Annual Data Audit for own portfolio of Bureaus
SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Ability to take responsibility for issues and their resolution
- Experience of data validation, manipulation and management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good standard of education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use all Microsoft packages particularly Excel
- Confident, professional telephone manner
- Eye for detail
- High level of accuracy
- Able to work as part of a team and independently
- Well presented with a positive, proactive and professional manner
