THE ROLE: As Trade Sales Manager you will be tasked with managing and developing a team of 5 sales executives across the U.K. Motivating, mentoring and coaching a team your products will be sold to distributors and installers throughout the U.K. Our client sells a range of construction products used in the building envelope so as well as being responsible for a team your remit will also be to develop some major accounts for the business with installers and contractors, a truly exciting role all round.
THE PERSON In order to be considered for the role of Trade Sales Manager you must be able to demonstrate at interview that you have managed a sales team. Ideally you would have come from a construction background, however, experience in industrial sales management will also be considered. Your adaptable nature, friendly approach and ability to develop people will also make you the ideal candidate for this position.

- Basic: GBP45,000 - GBP55,000
- Bonus GBP10,000 - GBP15,000 uncapped
