Tax Support Team Administrator
One of the big 4 consultancies in Birmingham are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Client Administrator to join their Tax team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive tax return administration for client teams while working closely with client team members and facilitating the workflow and assisting with the efficient and smooth delivery of the tax return process.
Responsibilities:
- Scanning tax return documentation
- Setting up and managing client team database to support tax return work
- Ensuring DMS (Document Management System) work records are kept up-to-date
- Managing two high-volume team mailboxes and responding to queries
- Tax Questionnaire Report (TQR): Issuing TQRs to each assignee, sending TQR reminders
- Packaging of tax returns for electronic client delivery
- Global Office (workflow tracking database) work record updates
Skills:
- Organised approach to performing tasks and prioritising work
- High level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and able to liaise confidently and professionally at all levels
- English and Maths GCSE at grades A to C (or equivalent)
Duration: 6 months
Payrate: 10.03 / hourly
