You will be entering the elite of property professionals. You will join a network of 180 branches across the UK, each committed to providing the very highest levels of customer service.

Job Description

Each member of the haart team strives to deliver impeccable customer service at each possible opportunity. On a daily basis you will register new customers, book and conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between applicants and landlords. Your role is vital to the business, aiding the growth of your branch through canvassing, prospecting and obtaining referrals. Much of this role will involve recommending our array of services and ensuring that our customers are kept as part of the "haart Family", too.

To ensure our customer service continues to be the best in the industry, you will be responsible for your customers` journey with haart, supporting them all the way to the "move-in" stage and ensuring they are delighted with your service.

In addition, your passion for this industry will be evident in your commercial awareness, where you will be seen as the `hub of knowledge` - an expert in your landlord`s needs. We are, after all, in the business of property lettings and, ultimately, helping our customers achieve their goals.

Qualifications

The Fit

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in finding and nurturing relationships with your customers. Your passion and experience will be from within a sales background, and you will know what it takes to deliver incredible customer service to your portfolio of landlords and tenants when you start your new role.

If you feel you are the ideal candidate, you will have a flexible approach to commitment and work; you will also be both results orientated and able to embrace accountability and responsibility. Your ability to recognise the importance of communicating effectively with different stakeholders will be paramount.
